All of our leads come from the internet via banner ads, natural positioning, paid placement, affiliates, e-mail campaigns, and newspaper print ads.

What info do the leads contain?
There are THREE type of leads: prequalification requests,bid requests, and full online applications. Most contain name, address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, loan amounts,
home values, credit grades, products requested, and comments directly from the consumer to help you get started with them. At a minimum, the leads contain name, phone number, and e-mail address.

How do we respond to the leads?
You first use the USMORTGAGELEAD SECURE LOGIN to access the leads, and you are able to use the customizable e-mail bid reply system built-in,

How does the billing work?
Billing is done via credit card only. An e-mail receipt is generated for each transaction. You have the option to use 2 credit card profiles to
ensure nonstop service.

What is an exclusive lead?
In our opinion, an exclusive lead is a myth. The claim of most lead companies that an internet consumer will only be contacted by you is false
And erroneous. The only thing exclusive about those leads are the fact that only one company at a time can be duped out of $50-$75 by them!

What is mortgage bidding?

Can the leads be faxed to me or e-mailed?
